Assassin’s Creed: Rogue combines the worst elements of Assassin’s Creed III and Black Flag to deliver a thoroughly torturous experience. The only things these games have going for them are climbing mechanics and historical fiction potential, but there’s nothing to climb in this game, and the latter is treated in the most boring way possible.
Assassin’s Creed series is the biggest waste of potential in gaming as far as I’m concerned. I bet nobody even remembers it has its roots in the magnificent Prince of Persia games.
