  1. I haven’t even finished the first one in the Gormenghast trilogy, I put Titus Groan on hold a while ago, not for any real reason other than procrastination. I love the way it’s written and it is a surprisingly easy read once you get into the style and it just kind of “clicks”. I remember having to read the first page a few times to understand it but afterwards I never had that problem again.

    Anyway while I do plan on going back to it, what would you recommend that is similar? If anything. It doesn’t even have to be fantasy, though I guess it helps.

    Also, if you haven’t you should watch Gatchaman Crowds, Insight was one of my favorites of the year.
