This one is a strange beast if I ever saw one. The futuristic sci-fi setting that reads almost as a post apocalyptic novel clashes with the nature of nukige in the way that you don’t know if you should be annoyed by all the gratuitous sex that keeps you from the story, or by the plot that keeps your from your porn.
I guess it fails as a sci-fi novel as despite having a fairly interesting setting its plot simply doesn’t build up on it, mostly centering on mundane and, for all intents and purposes, redundant relationships between the protagonist and his robot maid servants (though there is a cool dark twist near the end). As a nukige; its artwork is amazing, but it also has only two girls, and all those story bits kinda tend to interfere with the pace of your er… visceral endeavors.
|Beautiful artwork||The plot itself is pretty underwhelming|
|A couple of really good ero scenes||The story tends to keep you away from, rather than imbue, the erotic element|
|Surprisingly profound, interesting post-apocalyptic setting|
