I happen to enjoy watching anime during my meals and it’s been awhile since I saw an anime so sickeningly bad it completely ruined my food. I’m sending the bill to A-1 Pictures.
I’d say SAO fails as a story, but it doesn’t even pass as mindless entertainment. It is a disgrace to the concept of fiction and should be regarded as “what not to do” guide when making a work of fiction.
